Happy Thanksgiving, then we're off to Fresno!

STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS THIS SATURDAY!    ...CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH BOYS & GIRLS TEAMS QUALIFYING FOR THE 4TH YEAR IN A ROW!

Logistics:
-Leaving MCHS 10:30 AM
-Stop for ~30 min Lunch
-Arrive 3:45 Woodward Park for shake-out run + practice starts/stretch
-Dinner at Cheesecake Factory

Boys Div II race 8:30 AM

Friday Night Two Mile Madness at SRJC!

WHEN?  November 14th, tomorrow night!    ...Everyone is already paid for as part of the MCHS entry and assigned to a heat that is scheduled for a specific time (see below)

WHERE?  SRJC Track

WHAT TO EXPECT?   Fast times, lots of fun "running under the lights" and HOKA One brand swag!   ...All participants get a free HOKA One shirt!

...It's not too late!   ,,,If you want to race, show up early and register for the 5:00 Community Race open to all ages and all paces! :)     -Cost $10 to race in Community Race, free to all spectators!

Junior Olympics XC information

...NOT QUITE READY FOR THE XC SEASON TO BE DONE?  

...Then run in the JUNIOR OLYMPICS for the new HEART & SOLE SPEED AND ENDURANCE YOUTH RUNNING CLUB!

If you're interested, better get your paperwork in soon!   Practices start this Sunday, November 16th.

Week #12 NBL Championships this Friday!


WEEK #12 NBL XC CHAMPIONSHIPS WEEK! 

-MCHS hosts NBL XC Championship this Friday, Nov 7th at Spring Lake:

Schedule:

12:30 Volunteers start arriving (see list below) for early set-up, finish chute, course monitors
1:40 - Coaches Meeting
2:00 - JVG
2:40 - JVB
3:15 - VG
3:45 – VB
~4:30 Awards Ceremony (expect it to be dark by 5:30-5:45!)

GIRLS SEASON HIGHLIGHTS (SO FAR!):
NBL Championships 2004
-JV and Varsity finish NBL regular season undefeated, 7-0!
Varsity Girls complete 11th year undefeated NBL season record, WOW!
Varsity 7 for Friday:  Shaz, Sam, Shannon, Allie A, Cecilia, Carolina, Sydnie

BOYS HIGHLIGHTS THROUGH WEEK #12:
-JV  finish NBL regular season undefeated, 7-0!    
Tough Casa team edges out Varsity Boys by 1 point, Pumas finish season 6-1
Varsity 7 for Friday:  Jordan, Zac, Tommy, David, Ryan, Antoine, Jacob W
-Note: Boys can still win NBL pennant outright if they win on Friday due to the new point structure implemented just this year.
