-MCHS hosts NBL XC Championship this Friday, Nov 7th at Spring Lake:

12:30 Volunteers start arriving (see list below) for early set-up, finish chute, course monitors
1:40 - Coaches Meeting

3:15 - VG
3:45 – VB
~4:30 Awards Ceremony (expect it to be dark by 5:30-5:45!)

BOYS HIGHLIGHTS THROUGH WEEK #12:
-JV finish NBL regular season undefeated, 7-0!
Tough Casa team edges out Varsity Boys by 1 point, Pumas finish season 6-1
Varsity 7 for Friday: Jordan, Zac, Tommy, David, Ryan, Antoine, Jacob W
-Note: Boys can still win NBL pennant outright if they win on Friday due to the new point structure implemented just this year.
