IMPORTANT! -RUNNERS NEED TO BRING $40: To reduce expenses for this trip, athletes need to bring $40 to cover lunch and dinner on Friday + lunch on Sunday (we'll pick up lunch and dinner for Saturday and breakfast is free at our Hotel).
LOGISTICS:
Friday, 9/20: 8:30 AM leaving MCHS in 4 Vans > 7 hrs drive time + 40 minutes stopping for lunch and gas > arrive at Hotel ~4:30 > shake-out run 5:00 or 5:30 > Dinner 6:30 > Back to Hotel 10PM quite time
Saturday, 9/21: Sleep in but catch [free] breakfast 9AM > late morning or afternoon activity TBD > RACE! > Dinner > back in Hotel 10:30PM-ish
Sunday, 9/22: Sleep in again > breakfast > hit
the road by no later than 10AM > expect to be back at MCHS by 6:30 Sunday
