No meet this week but the following Saturday, September 14th, we're splitting squads for the ED SIAS INVITE (Martinez) and the VIKING OPENER (Spring Lake):
-Ed Sias Rosters to be announced Tuesday: (Taking 4 teams: Varsity Girls/Boys + Frosh-Soph Girls/Boys)
THANK-YOU PARENTS AND COACHES for volunteering to drive to Martinez, since we cannot afford the bus expense!
-Viking Opener features 8 different races!
ATHLETES: Yes, you can wear your racing flats next race! ...But please bring them to practice; you need to do strides in them this week and next week.
