Practice change for Friday / where to find Woodbridge results

Practice Friday, 9/19 will begin 1PM!    ...School gets out ~12:30

WOODBRIDGE INVITE results will be online at www.gvarvas.com & www.finishedresults.com with races streamed live!

...If you're not on the Woodbridge roster, you should run an EZ pace or OD pace run on Saturday ranging from 5-8 miles.
