Scrimmage meet with Casa, Rosa and Rancho at Shollenberger Park (Map it!)

-Dismiss from class 1:45, Bus leaves MCHS 2:00
-Only two races: Girls 3:45 start, then Boys
IMPORTANT: Bus is only one-way! ...Coaches can drive a few back to MCHS, but seats are limited!
Firm Stanford Roster was announced today at practice!
Varsity 5K Girls Race: Shaz B, Shannon P, Allie A, Cecilia A, Sam P, Emily A, Lily R.
-Girl Alternates: 1) Emma W, 2) Sydnie R, 3) Kaylie G
Varsity 5K Boys Race (only 5 spots firm at this time): Jordan S, Zac W, Tommy S, David E, Ryan N, #6, #7 and Alternates TBD after Shollenberger Race!
