Viking Opener at Spring Lake (see last post for individual race roster)
-Everyone expected to be there by 9AM, or at least 1 hour prior to the start of your race.
-Coach Matt is in charge, check in with him when you arrive and pick up your name tag!
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PARKING FOR THE VIKING OPENER:
-The entrance to Spring Lake regional Park off of Violetti Road is the desired choice for athletes arriving in buses, vans or by parent. Please carpool when possible. There will be limited parking at the Newanga entrance. Last year there was a 30 minute wait to access this entry point. PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT THE BOAT RAMP.
-SPRING LAKE PARK OFFICIALS ARE NO LONGER ALLOWING US TO GIVE FREE PARKING TO TEAMS OR ATHLETES. ENTRY FEE IS $7.00. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY.
