MCHS XC WEEK #2 HIGHLIGHTS:

• NINE MORE RUNNERS MAKE TIME TRIAL STANDARD THIS WEEK!

• MCHS XC ROSTER UP TO 105 TOTAL: 

-88 runners have made the time trial standard so far (3200m in 14:00 for boys / 16:30 for girls)

-Room for only 12 more runners before we reach the roster cap of 100! (Time trials will be held weekly)
-Expect we may lose 2-3 this week due to attendance or may have quit?!

• RANCHO INVITE!   ...WHAT A GREAT KICK-OFF TO THE 2014 SEASON!!!!

-88 MCHS Runners ran in 4 races

-This competition was the first-ever high school XC meet for 31 runners!
